Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of medical supplies at two facilities.
• Keep supply rooms organized, clean, and stocked.
• Perform weekly rounds to replenish supplies in sick call rooms.
• Manage designated biohazard storage areas and waste packaging.
• Coordinate vendor pickups and deliveries (shredding services, water, pharmacy deliveries).
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Receive and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the facilities.
• Ensure medical areas have soap, towels, and essential items stocked.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor mechanical tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols for handling supplies and biohazard waste.
• Assist with other operational support duties as assigned.
