Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 years in receiving / distribution function.
• REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with supply distribution. Ability to safely operate an electric fork lift. General computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Order low unit of measure medical supplies to maintain inventory levels.
• Deliver, stow and rotate medical supplies to patient care areas.
• Recommend par level changes to Manager/Supervisor.
• Coordinate inventory stocking levels with department manager.
• Assist others with supply needs by phone, in-person or email.
• Assist receiving clerks with logging inbound parcels and distribution of non-low unit of measure items.
• Obtain electronic signature and verification of receipt from end users using the MSCM delivery function.
• Rotate items to prevent expiration and keep par areas clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of medical gases in assigned areas.
• Perform monthly area checks for usable stock.
• Complete designated supply cycle counts in patient care locations.
• Pickup return merchandise to dock for processing.
• Assist in product conversions, par area redesigns and optimization projects.
