Responsibilities

• Maintain medical supplies inventory for designated departments.
• Count par levels and replenish per schedule.
• Organize storage areas in a neat, orderly manner.
• Notify lead when stock reaches critical levels.
• Ensure items are labeled with date and charge number for patient care areas.
• Count supplies accurately and check for expired goods.
• Update par level sheets to fit department needs.
• Rotate stock to prevent expiry and maintain par stock integrity.
• Adhere to hospital standards and promote teamwork.
• Ensure proper distribution and storage of materials.
