Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks a warehouse/inventory associate to support medical supplies management in designated departments. You will count par levels, replenish stock per schedule, and keep storage areas organized to ensure efficient distribution.

Prior experience in warehouse/receiving is preferred. You will rotate stock to prevent expiration and uphold accuracy in labeling and reporting, while maintaining a high level of service to patient care areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse/receiving or distribution experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains medical supplies inventory for designated departments.
• Counting par levels and replenishing per schedule.
• Organizes storage areas to be neat and orderly.
• Notifies lead when stock levels are critically low or outage occurs.
• Ensures patient chargeable items are labeled with date and charge number.
• Rotates incoming supplies to prevent expiration and maintains par stock integrity.
• Adheres to hospital standards to promote teamwork and service.
