Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in medical strategy or related roles.
• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) required.
• Pharmaceutical experience and understanding of clinical data and regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex science into clear strategic direction.
• Deep understanding of clinical research and treatment landscapes (oncology preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative cross-functional influence
