Moon Rabbit seeks a senior medical strategy professional to lead scientific POV across brands, translating complex data into clear strategic direction. You will collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific accuracy.

Ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in medical strategy or scientific communications, with an advanced degree (PhD/MD/PharmD) and pharmaceutical advertising experience; oncology experience is a plus.

• Pharmaceutical advertising experience is required.
• Ability to translate complex science into strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical strategy and scientific POV across assigned brands.
• Translate complex clinical data and treatment landscapes into actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams.
• Ensure all work meets scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a trusted scientific partner to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and elevate scientific thinking.
• Contribute to new business and organic growth initiatives.
