Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Team Lead for Medical Staff Services with oversight of credentialing processes across the Central Region. The role focuses on FPPE/OPPE, reappointments, and temporary privileges, while coaching staff and maintaining standardized credentialing practices.

You will participate in bylaws revisions, regulatory reviews, and creation of policies and standard work. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this pivotal healthcare operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage FPPE/OPPE coordination, focus on reappointments and temporary privileges.
• Coach and develop Medical Staff Coordinators; monitor day-to-day operations.
• Ensure credentialing applications, forms and reports are standardized and up to date.
• Coordinate bylaws revisions and communications with departments and staff.
• Participate in regulatory reviews/audits and prepare senior leadership reports.
• Assist in creating policies, procedures and standard work for the Central Region Office.
• Perform related duties as required.
