Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the Medical Staff Assistant, including hiring, training, and assigning work.
• Manages documentation of all minutes to ensure bylaws compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintains official Medical Staff documents, policies, bylaws and meeting attendance records.
• Collaborates with physician leadership to ensure bylaws and rules meet regulatory standards.
• Ensures incoming applicants meet Medical Staff bylaws and service requirements.
