• Three (3) years in a Medical Staff office with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in organizational communication and meeting management is required.

• Directs and supervises the Medical Staff Assistant, including hiring, training, and workload distribution.
• Manages documentation of minutes to ensure compliance with bylaws and regulatory agencies.
• Maintains official Medical Staff documents and attendance records.
• Collaborates with physician leadership to meet regulatory standards and community expectations.
• Ensures applicants meet requirements of Medical Staff Bylaws and services.
• Develops orientation programs for Medical Staff Officers and new physicians.
