Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• CPMSM certification preferred.
• CPCS certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a hospital with 2 years full time experience in the Medical Staff Services Department as a Medical Staff Manager or Medical Staff Coordinator.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• 1. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 2. Certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services as Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM), preferred.
• 3. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), or equivalent, required.
• 4. Minimum of 5 years experience in a hospital with 2 years full time experience in the Medical Staff Services Department as a Medical Staff Manager or Medical Staff Coordinator.
• 5. Must have strong computer, communication and writing skills with knowledge of medical terminology.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,496 to $97,760 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
