Overview

Eastside Skin & Laser Center, a Partner Practice of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a part Medical Spa Receptionist to join the skincare division of our team!

**Spending time in each of our well-established OB/GYN practices -- Rochester, Macomb, and Roseville.

The Medical Spa Receptionist will play an integral part in ensuring that our patients receive the best customer service during their visits.

They are a brand ambassador and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to every patient, every time. This role must provide outstanding customer service to each patient either on the phone or in person.

The Medical Spa Receptionist is also responsible for scheduling future appointments and upselling products/services.

Position Includes:

• Travel to all three locations throughout the week
• Two Saturdays a month required

Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact:

• Greeting every patient with a smile
• Answering the phone
• Stocking supplies
• Completing and updating patient information with accuracy and efficiency
• Complete the check-in/check-out process by assisting the patients with scheduling future appointments at any one of our three locations and collecting payment for services and products
• Must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring each clients' encounter with our practice is professional, warm, caring and has met their needs

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years experience in a salon or spa
• Computer/EMR experience
• Must be detailed orientated and have the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills both oral and written

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills, and phone etiquette
• Professionalism
• Ability to maintain attention and accuracy while attending to multiple tasks simultaneously Typing skills
• Effective listening skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
