Socket.dev is seeking a Medspa Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced wellness environment. This full-time role emphasizes exceptional client service, staff leadership, and adherence to safety standards.

You will maintain a clean, organized facility; train and manage staff; monitor injection room hygiene and patient safety; and uphold diverse patient rights. Bonus eligibility complements the base pay of $30–$35/hour.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
