Job summary

NakedMD is seeking a dedicated Medspa Manager to lead daily operations, uphold exceptional client service, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a high-end aesthetic setting in Pasadena, CA.

The role is full-time with an annual base starting salary of $30-$35 per hour plus bonus eligibility; open availability is encouraged to cover all shifts.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations
• Ensure the highest level of client service is provided
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
