Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital seeks a Diagnostic Medical Sonography professional to perform ultrasound procedures in an ambulatory setting under physician supervision. You will contribute to preliminary reports and maintain credentialing requirements for ACR-accredited sites.

Candidates should hold a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field and ARRT/ARDMS registration. New grads welcome; base pay includes incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Performs Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Tech I responsibilities in addition to one of the following: Interventional, DVT, or Hospital Based/Standing EDDegree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, related field, or completion of a training program acceptable to their registry board, ARRT, or ARDMS. Registered ARRT or ARDMS required for ACR accredited sites upon hire.ICAVL accredited sites, Registered ARRT or ARDMS required must be listed in the application as provisional technical staff. The base pay range for full-time employment is $40.80 - $60.63 hourly.
