Baptist Health Arkansas seeks a licensed Master’s-educated Social Worker to ensure patient care management needs are met through a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach. The role emphasizes leadership in Performance Improvement and Customer Service, and includes serving as a preceptor for staff development.
The position requires an MSW, licensure, and the ability to provide appropriate intervention based on age and educational level of patients.
Summary:
Demonstrates proficiency, autonomy and accountability in assuring patient care management needs are met from a well coordinated interdisciplinary and collaborative perspective with case manager and nursing supervisor. Maintains understanding of performance measurements. Takes leadership in Performance Improvement and Customer Service initiatives. Serves as a preceptor. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide intervention appropriate to the age, education level, and capabilities of the person served.
Other information:
Must have a Master's degree in Social Work. Must be a licensed Social Worker.
