Baptist Health Downtown campus seeks a Master’s Level Social Worker (Social Worker II) for a PRN, Day Shift position. You will join an interdisciplinary care team to address psychosocial needs and reduce barriers to care.

The role focuses on emotional support, patient education, and connecting individuals with community resources. A MSW is required and the primary location is the Downtown - 841 Building.

Qualifications

The focus is on reducing barriers to care and easing the burden of medical conditions through emotional support, education, and resource connection.
