Position Summary:
Performs clinical and clerical duties in an outpatient setting under the direction of the nurse manager. Responsible for patient registration and insurance verification, record processing, supply and equipment requisitioning as appropriate, rooming patients, and management of incoming telephone calls. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting
