The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Boston is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant to support clinical service operations and patient flow. You will perform clerical tasks, schedule visits, greet patients, handle calls, and process billing forms, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
Responsibilities include acting as a Super User for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, training others, and coordinating with departments. This role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties.
