Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a Medical Scribe to support our clinical team in Mill Creek and Everett. The position offers a 4-day workweek from 7:30am to 5:00pm, and is temporary with an anticipated end date in January 2027.

The role pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with compensation dependent on experience and geographic market factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• Able to type at least 40 wpm and be highly organized.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for accuracy.
• Document all pertinent elements of a patient exam in EMA EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Job Title: Medical Scribe
• Available Location: Mill Creek and Everett
• Typical Schedule: 4 days a week, 7:30am - 5:00pm. This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date January 2027
• Wage Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

• Some duties include reviewing medical documentation for accuracy, using EMA EMR to document all pertinent elements of a patient exam accurately and thoroughly, and other duties as assigned.
