Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to join our team as Medical Scribe across our Washington locations. This temporary 4-day-a-week position runs 7:30am to 5:00pm with an anticipated end date January 2027 and hourly pay between $22 and $26, depending on experience and local market.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, 1-3 months healthcare exposure, be proficient with EMA EMR, fast typist (40 wpm), and maintain professionalism in a busy clinical setting.

• Proficient with EMA EMR to document patient exams accurately.

Overview:Do you enjoy getting a glimpse of the medical back office? Working as a medical scribe is an excellent opportunity in a medical environment for anyone seeking clinical hours in order to attend grad school with a focus on medicine.

• Job Title:Medical Scribe
• Available Location: Mill Creek and Everett
• Typical Schedule: 4 days a week, 7:30am - 5:00pm. This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date January 2027
• Wage Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED; and 1-3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent
• Our medical scribes must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Some duties include reviewing medical documentation for accuracy, using EMA EMR to document all pertinent elements of a patient exam accurately and thoroughly, and other duties as assigned.
• Our medical scribes must have the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, possess a high level of computer literacy, be highly organized, and very detail oriented. See our mission below!
