HealthChannels, LLC is seeking a part-time Medical Scribe to join an Emergency Department team. You will work with doctors during patient visits to document history, exams, treatments, and use EHR systems.

No experience required—training through Scribe University is provided. Eligible candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to type 40+ WPM; flexible schedule; potential overnight shifts; compensation around $16.94 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours.
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but needed for training).
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.

Mansioni

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
