Qualifications

• Prior scribe or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time within the EMR.
• Accurately capture patient history and exam findings.
• Assist physicians in maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Prepare charts in advance of patient visits.
• Ensure documentation supports coding and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support overall operations.
