Circle of Life Hospice in Arkansas seeks a detail‑oriented medical scribe to support Interdisciplinary Team Meetings. You will prepare patient charts, assist with timekeeping, and ensure accurate, compliant EMR documentation during IDT sessions.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, healthcare experience, and preferably medical scribe licensure or training. Schedule is Tuesday to Thursday daytime, with duties across Bentonville and Springdale Hospice Homes, requiring empathy,

• Strong knowledge of administrative processes; experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patient charts and documentation for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Assist with facilitating and timekeeping of Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Scribes for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
• Ensure the EMR is complete and all documentation requirements are met after IDT Meetings.
• Distributes needed follow up documentation as needed.
• Assist with CTI completion and tracking.
• Assist with gathering of additional records as needed.
• Assist with Medical Record tasks and initiatives as needed.
• Be flexible, organized and work effectively under stress.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and patience with patients, families, co-workers, and the public.
• Represents Circle of Life to the community in a positive manner.
• Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude in integrating additional duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Needed: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Prefer Medical Scribe licensure and training. Prefer 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare setting. Must have strong knowledge of administrative processes, and have experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday daytime hours.

Location: Will work between Bentonville and Springdale Hospice Homes

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Prepares patient charts and documentation for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
2. Assist with facilitating and timekeeping of Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
3. Scribes for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings ensuring accurate and compliant documentation practices.
4. Upon completion of IDT Meetings ensure the Electronic Medical Record is complete and all documentation requirements are met.
5. Distributes any needed follow up documentation as needed.
6. Assist with CTI completion and tracking.
7. Assist with the gathering of additional records as needed.
8. Assists with Medical Record tasks and initiatives as needed.
9. Be flexible, organized and work effectively and professionally under stress.
10. Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients, families, co-workers, and members of the public.
11. Represents Circle of Life to the community in a positive manner.
12. Demonstrates flexibility, versatility and a positive attitude in integrating additional duties.
