Job Overview

The Medical Scribe will accompany physicians during patient visits, documenting encounters in real-time using the electronic health record (EHR) system and templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Novant Health's mission, purpose, and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Accurately document patient encounters during visits.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of medical documentation.
  • Manage medical documents within the EHR system.

Qualifications
