Overview

The Medical Scribe will assist the physician by documenting in EHR all information pertaining to patient health encounters in a timely manner and will ensure protection of patient confidentiality. This position will perform various duties associated with routine patient encounters and maintain positive relationships with physicians, patients, family members, visitors, and fellow employees.
