Job summary

Frontier Dermatology in Seattle Northgate is seeking a Medical Scribe to join our clinic support team. This role offers clinical exposure in a fast-paced dermatology setting and helps document patient examinations with EMA EMR.

The position supports physicians by accurately reviewing documentation, recording exam findings, and ensuring clear medical records. Hours typically Monday–Friday, with a competitive hourly wage of $22–$26, plus strong benefits in a growing multi-site practice.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 1–3 months healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• Fast-paced environment; maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Must type at least 40 wpm and be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Overview:

• Job Title: Medical Scribe
• Location: Seattle Northgate
• Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm or 4 days a week 7:30 am-5:00 pm
• Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (Pay is dependent upon a combination of multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability)

• Some duties include reviewing medical documentation for accuracy, using EMA EMR to document all pertinent elements of a patient exam accurately and thoroughly, and other duties as assigned.
• Our medical scribes must have the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, possess a high level of computer literacy, be highly organized, and very detail oriented. See our mission below!
