We offer comprehensive healthcare services, including Aesthetic, Internal Medicine, Sleep Clinic, and Urgent Care, six days a week. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, with options for both walk-in patients and scheduled appointments. Our modern facility and top-tier technology ensure efficient and accurate diagnoses and treatments, minimizing the need for additional specialist visits.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe, located in Brooklyn, NY. The Medical Scribe will assist physicians by documenting patient encounters, updating electronic health records (EHRs), and managing medical documentation. Daily tasks include transcribing medical information, managing patient files, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of medical data. The Scribe will work closely with the healthcare team to support patient care and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scribing and proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Human Anatomy and Medical Assisting
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site clinical environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
• High school diploma required; additional education or certification in a related field is beneficial

There will be a probationary period, the length of which will depend on the scribe’s prior experience and other factors determined by the medical director.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English is required

• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR or prior scribe experience is a plus, but not required

• You’ll be working across multiple specialties, including:

• Primary care

• Scribes should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high patient volume of 20–30 patients per day

• The ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and efficiency is essential for documentation of SOAP notes that are going to be reviewed by the medical director
