Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in Phoenix, AZ to provide scientific information to Key Contacts, share product education, and support Medical Affairs strategies.

The role requires an advanced degree and 2+ years MSL experience, with emphasis on PAH/cardiopulmonary; you will develop disease-state expertise, build relationships with medical leaders, and translate data into clinical practice while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific and medical degree required.
• 2+ years of MSL experience.
• Experience in PAH or cardiopulmonary preferred with ability to quickly develop disease-state expertise.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice related to areas of interest.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge base through continuous learning and awareness of literature.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues, Commercial colleagues, and broader organization to share insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators/health systems with data including real-world evidence.
