Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to provide objective, evidence-based medical information and product education to Key Contacts, in compliance with policies.

You will build scientific relationships with stakeholders and help translate data into clinical practice. The role requires an advanced medical degree and 2+ years of MSL experience, with preference for PAH/cardiopulmonary areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific and medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of MSL experience.
• Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary, or other specialty areas preferred.
• Ability to understand and translate complex scientific data for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while developing understanding of clinical practice.
• Integrate scientific data into real life practice to meet customer needs.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affair’s strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge base through continuous learning and awareness of literature.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to provide scientific insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries integrating real world evidence to meet customer needs.
