Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Medical Science Liaison to provide balanced scientific information to Key Contacts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You will build relationships with medical and scientific leaders and translate data into real-world clinical practice to support patient care.

The role requires an advanced scientific/medical degree and 2+ years of MSL experience, with preference for PAH or cardiopulmonary familiarity.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific and medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of MSL experience.
• Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary, or related areas preferred.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data to clinical practice and research needs.
• Drive for self-development, collaboration, and an action-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Serve as medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice relevant to the client.
• Translate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Support customer-centric tactical engagement planning for Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge and literature awareness.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues, Commercial colleagues, and broader organization to share Medical insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators with real-world evidence.
