Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Affairs professional to build and manage scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare leaders, translating complex data into actionable clinical insights. The role involves planning medical strategy, responding to scientific inquiries, and documenting insights to drive Medical Affairs initiatives.
The candidate should have PharmD/PhD/DNP/MD credentials with 2+ years in anti-infective or urology areas, and strong educator/presentation skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$187,500 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
