Job summary

Syneos Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs professional to join our field medical team. You will establish scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare leaders, and translate complex data into actionable clinical insights that support patient care.

You’ll plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers, serve as the primary resource for unsolicited medical questions, and help drive innovative Medical Affairs initiatives while adhering to

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD/DNP/MD required.
• 2+ years’ clinical experience in anti-infective or urology.
• MSL/Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Evidence of established, strong training/educator/presentation skills.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.

In this role, you will confer with internal stakeholders and build new collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders, policymakers, and advocates. You’ll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will:

Requirements:

• PharmD or PhD, DNP, or MD required
• 2 or more years’ clinical experience anti-infective or urology experience
• MSL or Medical Affairs experience preferred
• Evidence of established, strong training/educator/presentation skills
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen
• Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data and realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice and potential research needs

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$187,500 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
