Remote Medical Scheduler - Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Please note: This is a remote position but you MUSTlive in Texas and be open to visiting the corporate offices in Houston if required

Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, part of the DICOT family, is looking for a Medical Scheduler & Patient Liaison to help us give patients a more personal experience from start to finish. In this role, you won’t just book appointments—you’ll be the friendly voice that checks in before the scan, follows up afterward, and helps more patients feel confident and comfortable about moving forward with their MRI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule imaging appointments for patients with accuracy and professionalism
  • Conduct pre-exam confirmation calls to answer questions and reduce no-show rates
  • Follow up with patients post-exam to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Support internal teams with insight from patient interactions to improve service quality
  • Maintain documentation and scheduling data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Contribute to team efforts aimed at increasing MRI conversion rates

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in medical scheduling, customer service, or patient relations
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills
  • A warm, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to patient care
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfort with EMR/scheduling software and a strong grasp of medical terminology
  • Residency in Texas
