Job summary

Blackstone Medical Services is seeking an experienced field sales representative in the Dallas, TX area to grow our at-home sleep testing referrals. You will maintain and expand relationships with physicians and office staff, focusing on referrals from PCPs, ENTs, and cardiologists.

In this role, you will conduct total office calls, coordinate lunches and breakfasts, and promote the company brand to healthcare providers and DME partners.

Qualifications

• At least two years of medical sales experience.
• Driven attitude with a competitive background.
• Existing relationships with PCPs, ENTs, and cardiologists.
• Candidates must reside in the designated market (Dallas area).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing accounts and bring in new referral business with healthcare providers.
• Perform total office calls with referral coordinators, MAs, nurses, and staff.
• Spend majority of time calling on physicians’ offices to develop new referral sources.
• Conduct lunch‑and‑learns and breakfasts to promote the company brand to physician partners and industry partners.
• Stay current with the sleep industry and participate in company training.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and organized individual as a field sales representative who will maintain and grow existing accounts and bring in new referral business with healthcare providers, including PAs and NPS. This will be through “total office calls,” which include referral coordinators, MAs, nurses, and other staff.

The successful candidate will have a history in Sales, building strong relationships with physicians and their staff

The majority of your time will be spent calling on physicians’ offices, developing new sources of patient referrals, conducting lunch and learns, breakfasts, and furthering the company brand and value to our physician partners, their staff, and other industry-specific partners, including, but not limited to, Durable Medical Equipment companies.

Staying abreast of the sleep industry and diligence to participate in constant updates and company training should be important to you as a Medical Sales Professional.

What we are looking for:
