An ambitious, forward-thinking Swiss Dermatology company offers exciting career opportunities for Sales Representatives based in our Southeastern US territories.

This company has impressive year-on-year growth and is eager to expand further. They currently market 9 products, with more in development, which will enhance an already strong portfolio.

Stratpharma entered the US market several years ago and has an affiliate in San Diego. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of their expansion and to achieve high potential for career growth.

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance within a defined geographical area. They will work remotely within their assigned territory, which should be local to them.

These individuals will sell breakthrough products in wound care, women’s health, oncology, and dermatology, launched into the US market several years ago.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual territory business and revenue goals.
  • Provide education and training to account staff, including physicians and practice staff.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including account metrics and benchmarking data.
  • Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
  • Deploy resources effectively to maximize business impact.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for strategic customers.
  • Manage territory budget.
Sales Skills
  • Execute the sales process effectively.
  • Deliver organized and effective sales presentations.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and competitive awareness, and utilize this in planning and sales activities.
Organization & Time Management
  • Plan territory routing independently to ensure coverage.
  • Submit reports, expense claims, and business plans accurately and promptly.
  • Prioritize daily activities based on impact.
Customer Relations
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in planning and sales.
  • Uncover customer needs and deliver tailored information and resources.
  • Leverage relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in dermatology.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4-year college degree.
  • 2+ years of current sales experience, preferably in Wound Care and/or Dermatology.
  • Experience with VA hospitals, institutions, universities, and hospitals is advantageous.
  • Experience with prescription devices and OTC products is beneficial.
  • Proven sales success.
Required Skills
  • Existing relationships with OBGYNs, dermatologists, and surgeons are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
