What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate key accounts.
• Present and sell a portfolio of medical equipment with strong clinical and economic value propositions.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, administrators, and clinical staff.
• Provide consultative selling with a solutions-based approach.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven ability to sell into complex accounts.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle and ability to navigate multiple decision-makers.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas, winning awards, or ranking in the top tier of your team.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.

• $100-150K+ Total Compensation (Year 1) – base salary + uncapped commissions
