Job summary

Robeauté is a pioneering medical robotics company developing a microrobotic platform for brain therapies. We are seeking an Engineering Test Specialist to drive engineering and verification testing on robotic medical devices.

You will collaborate across Systems, Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Test Infrastructure teams to collect high-quality data and generate precise documentation for product development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of laboratory testing, prototype testing, or engineering support.
• Experience with medical devices, robotics, precision mechanics, or laboratory environments is highly desirable.
• Technical degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering, integration, characterization, and verification tests.
• Assemble test setups and operate robotic systems, laboratory equipment, sensors, cameras, motion systems, and data acquisition tools.
• Collect, organize, and verify test data generated during laboratory activities.
• Prepare engineering test reports summarizing objectives, execution, observations, deviations and results.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics, and Software engineers during investigations.
• Suggest improvements to laboratory procedures and testing workflows.
• Document and follow engineering procedures and test templates.
