Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer in Albuquerque, NM to provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site procedures and security duties at government facilities.

You will perform regular patrols, monitor access points, report incidents, and respond calmly to emergencies. This role emphasizes documenting patrols, incidents, and observations to support daily security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security duties at government facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report access concerns, suspicious behavior, and policy violations.
