Responsibilities

• Identify data irregularities and seek resolution with the originator or supervisor.
• Verify and clarify documentation requests with facilities.
• Communicate with facility staff on data corrections.
• Use reference materials to improve accuracy and skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee data.
• Prepare medical records forms and reports with facility and patient data.
• Assist consultants by providing facility data as needed.
• Promote customer goodwill and corporate image.
• Conduct audits with facilities using computerized data.
• Observe and comply with all PharMerica policies and procedures.
• Follow standards in the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
