Position Summary: Process paper medical record by reviewing documentation to ensure it is approved for inclusion in the legal medical record. Perform scanning, quality checking and validating functions. Maintain the electronic medical record by performing audits of medical records to ensure verification of correct patient information. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
