Skyline Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Records professional in Colorado to gather patient demographics, distribute charts to the appropriate departments, and maintain accurate records following facility procedures.

The role is full-time, days, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $18-$23 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, DailyPay, career advancement opportunities, a child care benefit program,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved course for medical record technicians.
• 1-year(s) experience in medical records of a health care facility.

Responsibilities

• Gathering patient demographic and personal information
• Distributing medical charts to the appropriate departments
• Maintaining quality and accurate records by following facility procedures
• Ensuring patient charts, paperwork, and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensuring that all medical records are protected and kept confidential
