Avir Vista is seeking a qualified Medical Records professional to join our team. The Medical Records is responsible for services that promote resident independence, function, and overall quality of life. Walk-ins are welcome daily!

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and legal aspects of health information.
• On-the-job training provided in medical record and health information system procedures.
• Certification as a qualified medical records practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate medical records and health information procedures.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Support residents’ independence and quality of life through accurate documentation.
