Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepping Medical Records – Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, OBV, Sleep Study, and Cardiac Rehab.
• Scanning Medical Records – Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, OBV, Sleep Study, and Cardiac Rehab.
• Quality Control (QC) check on Medical Records – Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, OBV, and Sleep Study.
• Analyze Medical Records for Deficiencies (paper and electronically).
• Assist Coders with Documentation Requests.
• Check for Physician Orders and Signatures in the Analysis and Re-analysis Pool.
