Qualifications

• Maintain or obtain Medical Records Certification.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet schedules.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine audits of in-house charts upon admission and quarterly to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Notify staff of deficiencies and follow up to complete records.
• Assemble medical records of discharged residents.
