Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI training within 30 days of employment and maintain.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain current certifications and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs tasks correctly and according to policies and procedures.
• Performs medical record tasks: prepares Client Data System Reports, assists with admissions/discharges, assists with daily census, provides backup for MR Technician, abstracts information to County via computer.
• Performs clerical tasks: assists with monthly reports, photocopies, inventories forms and orders supplies, completes general and statistical typing, files and collates, assists with studies and audits.
