Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Clinical Operations Liaison to coordinate between operations and referring physician offices, focusing on scheduling, registration, and image retrieval protocols. You will help streamline processes and provide training and operational support to drive efficiency and referrals.

The role requires familiarity with eRad RIS/PACS, ability to manage projects, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position with occasional project involvement and a professional

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in eRad RIS and eRad PACS systems and can manage projects independently.
  • Understand most aspects of operations to include scheduling, registration, RIS account review, PACS query and Patient Folder.
  • Work directly with operations and referring practises to offer opportunities for support through office educational training and operational assistance (ordering, scheduling, image and report retrieval).
  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to large groups.
  • Represent Clinical Operations on project teams and task forces.
  • Collaborate with Operations to achieve targeted volumes and organizational objectives.
  • Understand external market forces affecting operations and revenues.
  • Maintain professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Support site projects and image retrieval protocols.
  • Create value-adding solutions for the organization.
  • Adhere to laws, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Liaison between operations and referring physician offices.
  • Understand all aspects of clinical operations to include: scheduling, registration, technologist’s role, etc.
  • Work directly with operations and referring practise to offer opportunities for support through office educational training (specific to their needs) and or operational assistance (ordering, scheduling job aides, image transfer protocols).
  • Look for opportunities to streamline referring physician processes, including steps that make using Advanced Radiology an important/necessary part of the process (solidifying referral/volume).
  • Offer efficient solutions and services to referring physicians that Advanced Radiology can provide on their behalf.
  • Ability to verbally communicate thoughts clearly, and express ideas clearly, concisely, and logically.
  • Written communication skills sufficient to develop and distribute written information to large groups in a clear and concise manner.
  • Represent Clinical Operations on various project teams and task force assignments.
  • Work in an organized manner, discuss ideas, and receives support before implementing.
  • In conjunction with Operations, help achieve targeted volumes for business operations to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Understand external forces in the market that could affect operations and revenues.
  • Always professional and courteous: support internal and external customers efficiently, effectively, and positively.
  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations and image retrieval.
  • Create solutions that add value to the organization.
  • Perform job responsibilities in an ethical, compliant manner; complies with laws affecting the workplace and /or job responsibilities. Maintains employee and patient confidentiality.
  • Work in conjunction with Operations on image retrieval and image send protocols.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • Must have 1 year of experience in eRad RIS and eRad PACS systems and can manage projects independently.

  • Support Operations in the sites with special project implementations.

  • Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.
  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.
  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 / Hourly
