Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Medical Records Clerk at Big Muddy River Correctional Center in Ina, Illinois. The role manages offender health records, retrieves files for appointments, and prepares required reports. Prior medical records experience is preferred; RHIA/RHIT certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required or in-process at time of hire.
