Job summary

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a Medical Records Clerk for a PRN (as needed) position. The HIM Clerk reports directly to the HIM Manager and will compile, process and maintain medical records in a manner that aligns with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in medical records in hospital or physician office settings, and accreditation as a records technician.

Qualifications

• Desire accredited record technician certification.
