Exeter Center is now hiring a Record Management Coordinator!

Full-time. Monday-Friday. Position has a $500 sign-on bonus!

This is a unique dual role that combines Record Management & Medical Supply Coordinator.

As a full-time employee, you may be eligible for Mod Comp, which would be an additional 25% on your base rate of pay!

Responsibilities

Within a nursing center, the Medical Records Clerk manages daily medical records, including document collection, validation, and maintenance to ensure compliance with HCFA and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in claims, billing, and medical records is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is required; experience with Google Sheets and Docs is preferred.

Salary and Bonus

Posted Salary Range: USD $22.00 per hour
