CAROLINA LEGAL ASSOCIATES in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Medical & Pharmacy Records Specialist to support our legal team. This role focuses on collecting and organizing medical records, logging evidence, and coordinating with clients.

Starting wage is $17/hr with a rapid pay increase roadmap: $20/hr in months 3–4 and up to $22/hr in year 1 based on performance. This is a Monday–Friday, office-based position with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; training provided.
• 1+ year medical or legal records experience preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy and able to meet deadlines.
• Monday–Friday, in-office work environment.

Responsibilities

• Request and follow up on medical/pharmacy records to ensure no detail is missed.
• Log evidence into the case management system.
• Chat with clients to stay updated on treatment and providers.
• Take on special projects that keep the firm running.
